We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into RideRich.com will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our Toronto distribution center. Orders shipped within Canada are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via Air which can be expected within 2-7 business days. Orders shipped within the 48 states are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via Air which can be expected within 5-8 business days. Please note that shipping times do not include the order processing time (1-2 business days). Please allow 1-2 days extra for possible random checks by Customs, which is out of our control.

Orders placed Monday-Friday will begin processing 1-5 business days pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST the processing period of 1-5 days starts on the following Monday. For orders placed during special promotions, more time may be required to process orders, shipping will start within 2-7 business days. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Ride Rich’s Customer Service will contact you by email. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS, pending credit verification. 

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the website.
