We accept orders online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Once an order is placed on RideRich.com it enters our processing queue and will be handled as soon as possible, pending credit card approval. All orders are shipped from our Toronto distribution center.

Orders shipped within Canada are limited to one shipping address per order and are shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Orders shipped within the 48 United States are limited to one shipping address per order and are shipped by Air within 2 business days. Please note that shipping time does not include the standard order processing window of 1 to 2 business days.

Customs agencies may conduct random inspections which are outside our control. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days if this occurs. Delivery to rural or out-of-city addresses may also require extra time.

Orders placed Monday through Friday begin processing within 1 to 2 business days, pending product availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after noon Eastern Standard Time begin their processing period on the following Monday. Orders placed during special promotions may require additional time to process. Shipments for promotional periods begin within 2 to 4 business days.

If an item selected is temporarily unavailable or if we require additional information for credit verification, our customer service team will contact you by email.

Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays and remains subject to credit verification.

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout, as long as the address complies with the shipping restrictions stated on our website.
