North American Returns

• We provide a free return shipping label

• Store credit is issued once your item is received and verified

• Store credit has no expiry and can be used online at any time.

North American Exchanges

• Exchanges follow the same process as a return

• Once you receive the store credit issued, you can place a new order for the item required

• Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange item

Additional Notes

• Original shipping fees are not included in the store credit

• Store credit is issued for the product amount only
