Starting a return is simple. All Ride Rich returns and exchanges must be initiated through our Contact Us Page so our team can review and issue the correct return label.

To start your return, please fill out our contact us form with the following information:

• Your full name

• Your email that was used at checkout

• Your order number

• The item(s) you would like to return

Once your request is submitted, our team will review your details and send you the appropriate return label along with next steps.

Important Notes

• Only items that meet our Return Eligibility Requirements will be accepted
• Do not send back any items before receiving confirmation and your return label
• Each return label is unique to your request — item(s) not listed on your return form cannot be included in the package
