If you are a consumer located in the European Union and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your request through our contact form.
On the Contact Us page, please select EU Withdrawal Request as the subject from the dropdown menu and include the following information in your message:
- Full name
- Email address used for the order
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to withdraw from
- Date the order was received
- Shipping address
- Any additional details, if applicable
After your request is submitted, you should receive confirmation by email. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions where applicable.
Please do not send your item back until return instructions have been provided by our team.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
