SOFTSHELL, RIPSTOP, V2.FLOW MESH ARMOURED GEARUpdated 8 months ago

While our armoured gear's exterior, including jackets and pants, are rugged and resilient, it's essential to handle the lining with care. As indicated on the wash tag inside the garment, the lining is delicate and should not be machine washed. Machine washing can easily cause the lining to catch on something and tear due to the garment's weight.
We highly recommend hand washing your gear as it is the safest option. Here are the steps to follow:

Remove Armor and Padding

Before washing, take out any armor or padding from the garment.

Check Pockets and Zippers

Check all pockets for any items, and unzip all pockets and ventilation zippers.

Dust Off

Gently dust off the garment with a soft brush or cloth to remove dust and dirt.

Spot Clean

Use a soft brush and clean water to spot clean any excessive dirt. Gently brush the areas with a bristle brush.

Soak in Mild Detergent

Soak the garment in a tub of room-temperature water with mild detergent for one hour to loosen dirt.

Brush Again

After soaking, gently brush again until all dirt is removed.

Rinse Thoroughly

Rinse the garment thoroughly with clean water, changing the water until there is no trace of detergent.

Hang to Dry

Hang the garment on a hanger in a well-ventilated area until no water drips from it.

Air Dry

Keep the garment on the hanger until it is completely dry. Avoid drying the garment in direct sunlight to prevent color fading.

Please note, following these steps can help you maintain the quality and color of your riding gear.
